Drip Check ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Drip Check mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address, display name, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register.

Photos you upload: Images you submit for AI try-on processing. These are used solely to generate try-on results and are not shared with third parties for any other purpose.

Usage data: How you interact with the App (features used, credits consumed, session duration) to improve the service.

Payment data: Purchases are handled by Paddle.com. We do not store your payment card details. We receive transaction confirmation and credit amounts from Paddle.

Device data: Device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the AI try-on service
• To manage your account, credits, and subscription
• To process payments via Paddle
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, low credit alerts)
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Photo Data

Photos you upload are processed on our servers to generate try-on results. We do not use your photos to train AI models without your explicit consent. Generated results are stored in your account gallery. You can delete your photos and results at any time from within the App.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Paddle.com — payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data)
• Supabase — secure cloud database and storage infrastructure
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos are retained until you delete them or close your account. Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
