1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Drip Check mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Drip Check is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that allows users to see how clothing items look on their own photos. The App is operated by Drip Check ("we", "us", or "our") as a sole trader business.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Credits and Payments

The App uses a credit system. Credits are consumed each time you perform an AI try-on. Credits may be purchased as one-time packs or through a monthly subscription plan.

• One-time packs: Credits do not expire once purchased.
• Subscription plans: Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over.
• All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised Merchant of Record.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

5. Free Credits

New accounts receive 3 free try-on credits upon registration. Free credits are non-transferable and expire if the account is inactive for more than 12 months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other individuals without their consent
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
• Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without our written consent
• Upload images that contain nudity, violence, or offensive content

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its underlying technology are owned by Drip Check. You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the App you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your photos solely to provide the try-on service.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated try-on results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a garment fits or looks in person. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drip Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, unused paid credits will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
